The hotel is located just by the beach.
My experience was marred by unprofessional service. I felt cheated by hidden costs, especially with the parking charges that were higher than agreed. The rude treatment from the staff, particularly the manager, was unacceptable and humiliating.

Hot and delicious breakfast, outstanding food. Great-sized and functional rooms with a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating, etc. Stunning and beautiful location an easy walk to Maiori Beach.
Beds were small.

Nothing
Everything was very poor!!!! Staf don't speak English and don't care about you at all. Lift did not work. Air condition did not work at night time. Breakfast , absolutely nothing to eat. All rooms but superior absolutely not acceptable for stay. Entry room card was changing 5 times a day!!! Did not work. This is not a 4 stars, but maximum 2!!! Never stay again. And in plus it's very expensive for this level of quality.

The location was excellent, the view from the sea front balcony rooms was wonderful. The pool and breakfast area was very nice and the staff at breakfast were very helpful.
The private beach is an additional cost, as is parking. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. One of our rooms did not have a proper shower, but a shower head that you pulled up from a spa bath, it is a really dumb idea, water, water, everywhere. There are no safes in the rooms. The older woman on the front desk looked stressed and I had the feeling that anything I inquired about was annoying her. They turn the air- conditioning off during the night, all very well and good, but Maiori is a busy spot and you will get no sleep with the doors open, not to mention mosquitoes. We felt that the hotel is living off past glories.

The food at breakfast was very good, and one server was particularly cute, making the mornings enjoyable. For a cheaper beach day, check out local spots for better lounge chair prices.

There was nothing good about this hotel. The only saving grace was the location and it is very close to Amalfi and Ravello.
This hotel was awful and I honestly do not know how it is a 4 star. The 'private beach' is accross the road and you have to pay an additional fee to use their sunbeds. We ended up using another hotel beach as it was cheaper. Their photos are very misleading and the pool was virtually unusable. The staff were very unhelpful. We stayed in 4 4 star hotels on our trip and this was the worse and the standard did not compare to the others which were charging the same price.

A rollercoaster of pros and cons
The location is fantastic, with the beach just steps away. The staff consistently provided attentive service.
The air conditioning was a significant letdown, turning off at inconvenient times and resulting in uncomfortable room temperatures. The breakfast selection lacked variety, which became monotonous over several mornings.

Receptionist was very very helpful and nice. Sorted out taxi's and gave very good information. Room cleaned every day and hotel was well kept. All staff welcoming
Pool was salt water (maybe to be expected being right by the sea) and this was not state. Also not heated so was a little bit cold on some days.

Maiori vibes 🇮🇹🌊
The breakfast was lekker, with fresh juices and loads of pastries! Staff were super friendly, like chommies helping you out, and the view from our balcony was breath-taking. Can't forget the pool area, so nice to chill there with a cold drink.
The WiFi was a bit of a struggle, only worked when it was like it, you know?

Bangers of a stay! Breakfast was top-notch, with a bunch of hot and cold choices that filled me right up. Only downside? The noise from the street was a bit much at times. But still, I loved it!

The reginna palace has a fantastic location. Right by the beach with fine views. The staff were friendly, especially the service at the bar. Breakfast was good under the trees with freshly cooked bacon and eggs!
Air conditioning could be improved. 🌡️

Cute staff. The pool area, especially the saltwater pool, was a unique experience. Beach access right across the street was great for easy ferry rides along the coast.
The breakfast selection could be a bit more diverse, and some areas feel a little dated.
